REMEC Defense & Space East offers both amplitude and phase detectors. Amplitude detectors are available in both biased and unbiased configurations with an operating bandwidth of 0.1 to 20 GHz. REMEC D&S East also offers designs with voltage doubling bridge configurations for sensitivity and temperature stability. REMEC D&S East utilizes either Schottky or Tunnel diodes. These are available as threshold detectors in either single ended or pass through configurations.
